As a plumber, I love the inclusion of a toilet and the specificity of elongated... now to find out if aquapiston flush is a real thing.

Edit; aqua piston flush is also called can flush or cylinder flush. It essentially replaces the hinged flapper with a cylinder that is pulled straight up where the flapper hinges open and may restrict water flow and reduce flushing power. It's not a new technology, easily over a decade old. I don't see it much though, so it's either not as good as advertised or people just don't care about it where I work.
