The plant's beast form pretty looks like the concept of Kiwi Beast, especially its PF animation, in which it uses its 'hands' to smash down.

I don't know if it's relevant opinion, but I think that plants since Teleportato Mine have horrible and lazy animations, they aren't smooth for some reason and also designs looks a bit worse. I'm not 100% sure why, but in my theory pvz 3 team now adds content to pvz 2, they added Mega gatling Pea so they could see how older plants were coded and there are two plants from pvz 3, Buttercup and Chilli Pepper.
