Why can't I simulate the model? Why is there no subcircuit or .mdl for a 555 timer? and if you are going to do a beginners course don't go into simulation and not show how to get the thing to work when it clearly won't. Even the design block, that came with Eagle, for the timer won't simulate for the same reasons.

Hi, thank you for grate vidos. I have a question regarding layers, tried too search the help topic on the list of layers and a systematic way which they have used to number and asign layers and numbers which has risen to few hundred. Is there a list of layers which explains how many layers there are with their corresponding layer information and numbers? I asume that for each layer there are a certain number of layer information that can be attached which adds up to about few hundred but I do not see any help documentation that explains it? Thank you.
