2 cups (16oz/450ml ) heavy whipping cream, cold
14 ounces (1 Can/ 400ml) sweetened condensed milk (fat-free or regular), cold
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)

This is my new favorite channel. I've heard other channels claim to use normal ingredients and kitchen equipment and then pull out some rare herb that can only be found in a deserted island once you complete several ancient Incan and Aztecan puzzles and escape two tigers and a bear. But I HAVE these ingredients and equipment which just shows you do this because you like it and want people to be able to do it. I also like the interaction with fans.

If y'all need a hand mixer (cause I didn't have one) take a wisk with a thin handle and put it in a drill XD works amazingly

I made this ice cream last night for the first time. I added a large home made p butter cookie covered w chocolate and added somer chopped dark chocolate chunks since i had a few left from recipes. Spooned it in a couple containers (Didn't realised it made so much, lol) and decorated it with what was left of chocolate n cookie crumbs. Let it freeze overnight and BAM!- OMG so I had my doubts but YUM! So doing this again! ty ty ty! will also try making this with your condensed milk recipe. Namaste!

Agrh! Made this for my family and they LOVED it! I did Oreo, mango, milo and vanilla ice cream! Even my cousin came here ONLY for my ice cream AND I am 12! So easy 😀 lovely, thanks Gemma! 💜

OMG! I just made your ice cream and WOW! It took no time at all in my stand mixer. And only TWO ingredients! Looked in my pantry for mix-ins. So I made s'mores with chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and crushed graham crackers. My next creation is what I will call chocolate caramel cake ice cream. All I did was use one of those one minute mug cakes, let it cool, broke it up in chunks, folded it together and added a ribbon of caramel. The third one is just the vanilla base. Hubby loves vanilla!! The base is so delicious all by itself that I'm not sure we can wait until tomorrow night to have it. YUMMY!!

This is a great channel. I have been making ice cream in this way myself. I add a tablespoon (or to taste) of honey to the ice cream mix before adding the honeycomb pieces for Honeycomb ice cream. Yummy. I put actual cream cheese with broken digestives and strawberry puree for strawberry cheesecake flavour 😋ice cream and for salted caramel ice cream I swap out the condensed milk for Carnations caramel or other caramel and add one teaspoon of sea salt (or to taste)

I just made this. I did three favors: vanilla (added vanilla extract to the base), strawberry (got some fresh strawberries, mashed them up a little, and added it to my base), and chocolate butterscotch vanilla swirl (I know, a lot of flavors, and I did this by melting choc chips and mixing it to the base, melted some butterscotch chips and mixed it into some more base, then swirling the vanilla, choc, and butterscotch ice creams gently so that I got a nice swirl.). I can't wait until these come out of the freezer!! 🍦thanks for the great recipe.

I tried this recipe today and it turns out so delicious. I made mine with Oreo and chocolate bits. But next time when i try i will use considered milk like 300-350ml because it was little too tasty. Thank u for the recipe💜

I tried out the birthday cake, honeycomb, and the strawberry cheesecake. I didn't like them...I LOVED THEM! THANKS SO MUCH GEMMA! My mom tried the strawberry cheesecake and she loved it so now we have 5 jars of it in my freezer, 3 birthday cake, and 8 honeycomb. (P.S. My dad went crazy for the honeycomb) Thanks again, Gemma. My family now wants me to help out with catering for my mom's friend!! Hurray!
