That's nice. The instructions say absolutely nothing about charging it before setting it up.

You have to register within 10 days for their damage coverage warranty to be in effect.

Hey, I bought one fully discharged and was told to plug it into the outlet to charge it for 8 hours before using it; what I did not understand is whether I need to plug it while is turned off or while is powered on 🙁 cheers, I from DR 🇩🇴

I've been trying to figure out how much EXTRA power this thing pulls added onto what the PC already pulls... not easy to figure out

What do I do if when entering the model number nothing shows up? It has a serial cable port and a usb port so I assume it is suppose to be manageable?

I have a doubt, why does my battery never reach 100% charge? is always in 97% and now 96% while is connected

The software is quite crappy actually. Only good thing is the power usage meter.
