HELLO. I have a question. My PG-500 alarm activates and the siren sounds in disarmed mode when a wired motion sensor located in the wired zones (Z1 to Z8) is triggered. What should I do to prevent the alarm from triggering due to this problem? Thank you.

Hello, I have a question, when the SOS button is pressed the alarm sounds but when I want to deactivate it I press the disarm button and only the external horn is silenced but the internal horn continues to sound the alarm, how can I make the alarm turn off completely? ? The same thing happens with wired sensors, when I close the circuit the alarm starts to sound even though it is not armed and I cannot silence it with anything other than disconnecting the alarm, how can I solve this? thank you so much.
