Learning early math skills can be fun with ten frame activities. We've been experimenting and playing with ten frames and I wanted to show you some ideas. They are very useful in visually demonstrating simple math operations.

Great ideas as always! I do a hopscotch ten frame with my kiddos where we tape it out on the floor, use stuffed animals, and jump the spots we need to finish addition problems. Like, we have 3 teddies, how many do we need to make six? And one of the kids will stand on six while the other jumps and places the appropriate numbers of stuffies on the way. It's a good brain break.

I like those dry erase cubes. You could make story blocks, as well.

i love you . you are my favorite for learning activities on you tube. ive used a lot of your learning techniques with my six year old. bought a lot of the learning items books toys ect. youve recommended at the dollar tree target dollar spot and Lakeshore . i thank you for your channel. its changed my and childs life.
