I'd definitely go for Roaring moon over Salamence. I've never been a huge Salamence fan tbh, and I just think Roaring Moon improves on the design a lot. I also really like the connection to Mega Salamence, plus it fixed my main issue with Mega Salamence's design, that being the front legs
