As a Cities:Skylines asset I've added it to the Steam Workshop (link below) so anybody can download, modify and use it. It requires the Mass Transit DLC or the Network extensions Mod for the 2-lane highways. This intersection does not require any other mods but TM:PE is useful to reduce weaving.

Details:
DLC/MODs: "Mass Transit" DLC or the "Network Extensions 2" mod required for the 2-lane highways.
Optional Mods: TM:PE (to improve merging)

Just saw that you'd shared this on Steam. It's impressive, but when it's got four (sortof five?) roundabouts to do it, it really just emphasizes to me the "eight-way is way too many"-ness of these.

I wonder if it could work better if another of the rings went the other way? The middle not-really-a-ring (between the 2 inner rings and the 2 outer rings) is going the opposite way of just about everything else, so more of that might help it.
