Okay so here is my theory to what has just been presented in this video:

✨The Basics✨:
Pingu ( Noot Noot) and Pinga ( the other white baby penguin) have committed arson after murdering their own parents (I know that they are their parents because there are only two dead penguins present in the various scenes).

✨The Hypothetical Lore✨:
So it seems that Pingu convinced Pinga to do the murder because she is shaking and looks guilty and worried ( 0:17 ). Pingu then comforts Pinga at 0:23, letting her know that her big brother ( himself) is there to protect her. From then on, they both decide to start a new life; throwing the past away in the ashes of pain ( 0:58).

✨Why would they do that?✨:
Well, in the end, it reveals the real horrors that have happened to the children (mostly just Pingu)
In the time stamp 1:09, it shows that Pingu has been abused and tortured mentally and physically till he couldn't handle it anymore... Fearing that his little sister would suffer the same fate he and his sister left to have a better life... a new
