Recreating the Slugburger by Chef John | 𝘈𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘶𝘳 𝘈𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘵𝘴

The show was strapped for cash this week so we went all the way back to the great depression for a recipe idea... it's called a slugburger because it used to cost a nickel (5¢) which was called a slug.

As someone with no formal training or ANY restaurant experience, I can find myself overwhelmed with some of the recipes presented here on YouTube. Despite this, I am aiming to challenge myself with this series. Through 𝘈𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘶𝘳 𝘈𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘵𝘴, I will be tackling interesting, complex and (hopefully) delicious recipes presented by other cooks/chefs/personalities here on the platform.
