Recent fighting in eastern Congo has seen thousands of civilians flee to a new camp, Bubukwanga, in neighbouring Uganda. Food and water is scarce for the new arrivals, many of whom slept rough on the way. UNHCR are moving those they can to Bubukwanga, where they can access food and health care.

If only the cause could be dealt with around the world.. the violence, weapons and fighting... and the mentality towards the vulnerable.
You must be overloaded and no one can surely even guarantee safety in the camps... but provision for so much does take place.
This is such a similar story to one received from a friend's personal experience as a child fleeing from Laos in the night and hiding by day... Now things appear so much more widespread but maybe it is that we have access to data now .
