My favorite track from Johns 2nd album, (w/ the great Glenn Hughes on vocals). Lots of downstrokes here, good song for building picking stamina & technique.

I'm hooked! Just nails these guys one after the other. Perfect timing and vibrato. Phrasing is bang on. So good. Also goes to show how mundane lead playing is these days. Nobody has any personality anymore. These cats in the 80's had similar chops but sounded like themselves.
