HUG community member, Leonid Belkind gives a talk on Leveraging Infrastructure as Code to Create Zero Trust Access to Your Apps and Infrastructure.

Software-Defined Data-centers (both Public Cloud and Private Cloud) are becoming a reality in more and more organizations worldwide. Managing security configuration and entitlements for accessing various parts of the deployed infrastructure is a natural thing for organizations adopting infrastructure as code.

In this talk we will introduce the ideas of "isolated infrastructure", zero-trust access, and show a blueprint of how to leverage your investment in infrastructure as code to deliver turn-key Software-Defined Perimeter solutions for your applications, services, and workloads, eliminating the traditional network attack surface by implementing zero-trust network principles.
