In marriage women Do Not have all the rights to the child! Only when she isn't married does she have all the legal rights to that child IF there's no father listed on the birth certificate. Yes some women keep the fathers away from the children because they're bitter and our angry which I do NOT condone. One must ask why? What are they so Angry or bitter about? It's not always something petty like jealously. Sometimes it's because of physical abuse which also includes sexual abuse. So please, if you're gonna bash women, shed light on the flip side! Thank you!

I dont see a problem with some of this because there is usually a good reason courts give custody to the mom. Women have more power in these situations because we usually don't run around beating and raping people. We are usually the present parent and not the absentee one. Most women don't like dealing with evil and abusive men, so they're likely to leave the situation, so why are we punishing them for it? Men can go off and do wherever (up to and including starting a whole new family), and so many times, the state has to revert to the mother with any questions because they can't even find him. They are reaping what was sewn, stop stepping in front of Gods lessons to men or the lesson will be yours twice over.
