I LOVE your analysis. However, you missed one aspect of the DC Indictment that Daddy Jack did. He convened a NEW Grand Jury to prevent any decisions by the old Grand Jury that MIGHT have been decided on newly decided "amnunity" might be disqualified. He's a F'n genius! And you're great!
