I think its extremly interesting to see that the granades shells are really briddle so it explodees into fragments hence the name: fragmentation granade.

Watched Nobody and I just had to see for myself what would happen if someone tried to re enact that scene.

They obviously didn't use real grenades. They had a pyrotechnics specialist try to simulate a hand grenade being crushed by a hydraulic press before it incapacitated the villain (Yulian)
