IDEA LIST:
1) Move 1st and 3rd 15 feet inward.
2) Pitch clock, 20 seconds
3) 3 timeouts, no mound visiting bullsh$t
4) Move pitching mound down to 5 inches
5) Overtime(regular season) derby style 10 hits. If home i not accomplished on a hit and lands fair within field, batter must get to 1st to get a point.

The problem with baseball is the fans are so wrapped up in the traditional culture of the game that the league ends up hurting because it doesn’t adapt and evolve as much as the NFL and NBA. Let’s try out these new rules before we judge them, and let’s also allow and normalize celebrations such as bat flips.

Top of the 10th inning, automatic runner on 2nd, new pitcher. Leadoff batter drives the runner in. Who is the run charged to? The new pitcher didn't put that runner on. The previous pitcher got the 3rd out of the 9th inning, he didn't put the runner on. Being one of those people who likes to score along at home, (which is also why I hate the shift), I need to know.

A runner on second to start extras is the absolute DUMBEST THING I'VE EVER HEARD. It's going to ruin baseball if this stalemate hasn't already.

Extra innings will be SO EXCITING NOW! All you need is a base hit to win! Stupid A.F.

We will play 37% of a regular season however, baseball will still produce 100% of excitement!

They should do what the NFL Call a TIE if a game goes on too long - after 11 or 12 innings and add it to the stats. Done and Done

DH is fine, it gets another player into the lineup regularly with at bats. Never will be a fan of anything that alters extra inning games other than the traditional way of scoring. This isn't hockey where you need a shootout. Regulation games are nine innings. You play each game, not shorten it to seven innings, unless weather effects a game that has gone at least five innings. Minors have seven inning doubleheaders to save players (pitchers) stress whose goal is to become major leaguers. In the majors there is no place to go but down. I like the roster expansion of 2-3 additional activated players for doubleheaders rather than shortened games to seven innings. Tradition rules for me, nine innings. I also do not see the constant concern for the length of games. Pitchers are delicate commodities and rushing or hurrying them along effects them the most. Past time traditions say you watch, play, and enjoy the game at a leisurely pace. These players who attempt to mess up a pitchers rhythm by being human rain delays at the plate need umpire enforcement to get in the batters box. Like hit batters, a warning system should be in place. I think baseballs biggest problems have nothing to do with rules or changes in rules or length of games, low batting averages, but rather integrity. Getting caught cheating should have the most severe penalties that includes season long disqualifications for even first offenders. The very thought of cheating or short cuts to gain an advantage hurts the prestige of the league and game itself. We are now left with wondering when a great feat is performed to wait for drug testing or someone to blow a whistle on some elaborate sign stealing scheme going on. People bash Pete Rose for gambling and that was not good for the game agreed, but look at Barry Bonds pictures, Sammy Sosa, Mark McGwire too. How their bodies changed as their home runs rose. That wasn't just meat, potatoes, weights, and protein. Drugs were hurting the game on a regular basis like everyday and guys are still getting caught cheating or trying to. It's called "professional" baseball not "greed" baseball or "if you ain't cheating you ain't trying" baseball.
