The film stars Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Booboo Stewart, and Cameron Boyce as the teenage children of Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar, and Cruella de Vil, respectively. I felt a little sour when this movie came out because the concept was basically the same as the show Ever After High, and I’m pretty sure Descendants became so popular that they ended up cancelling Ever After High 😭 I could be wrong, but the timing seems a little more then coincidental. YouTuber Negative Legend actually made a video talking about it 😁
