Resale value vs the competition would be my only concern. Ok maybe a Mazda cx30 with 2.5l NA engine or Honda HRV with 2.0 NA would pack more long term reliability.

I’m skeptical of these 3 cylinder turbo engines but Toyota is using one in the new GR Corolla. Another YouTuber mentioned that 3 cylinder turbo engines have an advantage over 4 cylinder engines related to the lighter weight and maybe scavenging?
