Amazing. So far, I have only seen the Pakistani version where they do it all by hand.

Сколько умных людей не спали ночами ради того чтобы эта штуковина работала правильно даже представить сложно...

How many percent of these get damaged during production? Hard to imagine the copper wire enameling could handle all this processing without getting damaged?

Is there a specific pattern they have to follow or is it just the building process? The copper wire, I mean.

sator's have always mesmerized me, the amount of complex actions needed to ensure the coils are wrapped and then I find out its just shoved in place

So do they stuff the flyaway wires in so they don’t snag?

Wow, I used to do this manually in my apprenticeship, 30 years ago. A lathe and some guides and wired to do the p and o container motors and fan motors, wow things have changed.

whennit comes to transformers and motors.. i have always wanted to figure out how to unwind one without the copper thread braking..buuut so far have not ben able to XD most of the time it brakes due to there beinga dhesive on top of it in some spots and other times it brakes because the spole has tightened into position over time and the thread won't unwind when one pull on it.. although the use of a heatgun is helpful for both of those situation it still brakes every now and then.. so far i have mostly tried unwinding the motors of old cealing fans which is quite hard to do as i first have to cut away a lot of the metal holding the copper thread in place with a angle grinder.. aaand of course every now and then the blade slips and hit the thread and even though it do not often brake it still damages that thread and causes a week point.. buuut yea.. not easy to unwind things..
