Many of us are having to work from home as consequence of the measure as result of the corona virus.

We still need to make an effort to avoid the lower back and neck pain that comes on from sitting incorrectly for too long.

Here are simple tips:
- Keep the screen or paper at eye level
- use a separate keyboard
- use a an ergonomic mouse
- sit with your feet on the floor and with your hips higher than your knees
- avoid working on a couch and or in bed
- use glasses if needed
- take breaks every 20min. Stand up and reset you position.
