CHILE or ARGENTINA? 🤔 On one hand, you can surf the Pacific, sand-board through the Atacama Desert and boat across fjords (with a side of Pisco sours). On the other hand, take on Aconcagua, check out Iguazú Falls and wander Buenos Aires (with a side of juicy steaks).

If I had the money 💰, I would visit because I am part Argentinian. My father was born in Buenos Aires.

Goog to visit both of them. Crossing the Andes from one to another is always a great experience.
In the north, by Jama pass is in high mountain evironment.
By the center, from Santiago to Mendoza or the opposite. You will pass by Aconcagua foothills.
In Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. Crossing is easier and landscapes incredivel. There is a frontier pass between lakes near Bariloche where you sail in lake boats and make land trail by bus.

Why would you sip pisco sours in Chile? Are they importing them from Peru?

I'm in Brazil at the moment. And I had to choose one. My choice is Chile because besides the capital there is a lot more to do in nature, without traveling crazy distances. In Argentina there is only the capital and I had enough of big cities already.

As an American, I found Chile kind of boring. In terms of sites and geography, it's not much different from the US. It was the least interesting abroad trip I took. Too modern

Nature is more beautiful in Chile though Buenos Aires is a great capital city but expensive

The pisco sour is from Peru 🇵🇪 there is no other real pisco.
