Brilliant! Watching this in 2017, and i am still amazed by the possibilities of process mining.
I've tried to use this in a couple of assignments in Manufacturing Excellence. Although most of the manufacturing industry isn't yet capable to capture data at activity level. They just have it a very high level, hence i wasn't really successful. I am still hopeful.
