if you unplug him when the skeleton pops up it will allow the spring to stretch because it’s packed when it’s reset down so it weakens the spring

You can most likely open the skeletons mechanism, stretch the spring longer, and re-assemble it to make it pop up much faster! I did this with Spirit Halloweens Henry Hustle and it works great!
