Sonic has been on a roll these last few years. The momentum is amazing. Feels like the franchise is ready to take the spotlight again. Classic Sonic has also mastered grinding and the Shadow Clone Jutsu, just like his modern counterpart.

I'm glad they're giving the Chaos Emeralds new abilities. It always felt strange how underutilized their powers were outside of Shadow using Chaos Control, and I especially like them differentiating them with different abilities so that the different colors actually mean something.
