My first and last time traveling on Etihad Airlines. Horrible experience.

My first experience on Etihad Airways was an experience I will painfully never forget. We found out our plane was broke less than a hour before take off. 5 hours later, still no explanation. 75% of these travelers are going to miss their connecting flights, including me. The agents were extremely rude and unhelpful. No one knew the details Or updates for the flight. We are all just standing around very lost. I am so disappointed in this airline. Do NOT fly with Etihad Airways. They are trash.

I would like to suggest Qatar airway or Emirates airway in your future trips.
I agree with you. I had another bad experience with Etihad for the baggage service. They destroyed my baggage. I got the promotion that it would be repaired from their proxy counter. However, Etihad just keep fail to align their words to their action after I try contacting them many times. Etihad really dishearten the customers and itself.

It is clearly one of the best airlines. In fact Emirates is also good. However, it is best for US bound traffic.
