Mushishi. I suggest it for people who like hidden gems and a more mature philosophical anime with drama. Its episodic, the stories usually dont link together...its just the one traveller.

Western localization at it finest. White hair dude is not Jack. The creatures aren't bugs. And he wasn't dreaming about the future, the creatures/Mushi brought his dream to reality.
