Flew them long haul once and told myself never again. The crew were polite, flight was punctual but food was poor. They even charge for the ‘better’ drinks. It’s not bad, just that you get so much more with many other airlines

Nice video but I think 5/5 for comfort is too generous from the clips. I think it makes a difference for sure when you are travelling with 2 others and you can book 3 seats together with people that you know. So you are not too bothered about other people hogging the armrest or the person in front of you reclining, or climbing over strangers to get to the bathroom.

Great video--thank you! Curious, did you check bags, or carry-on? Wondering how strict they will be. Their size/weight limitation for carry-on seems like they are trying to dissuade passengers from carrying bags onboard.

How do they count the 15 maximum items for the 15 devices with batteries? Does that mean just elctroniccs that hold power for instance a camera is not counted but the 2 camera batteries are 2 counted and not 3?

I have to make a reservation and I don't know if should I choose Premium Economy or just plain Economy ( 18 hour flight). Great video, I expected much worse considering it's Economy

yeah but I've always flown econ from the US to Europe. Isn't it 8x or so for business class? By coincidence, I might very well take Lufthansa non-stop AUS to FRA myself soon.
