As usual a very helpful one and one question : Isn't there a way for the app to dynamically pick up the config values depending on the server/environment where the deployment is happening to avoid the hardcoding, like the "config.dict['prod']" you did?

Heroku changed the rule this year, have to pay. Could I deploy it in Github page? I am not sure because it connected sqlite and env file.
