I mean he's spot on. Izzy is a rangey tall defensive striker and Alex is a rangey tall offensive striker. IMO Pereira obv possesses a KO threat for Rob but all round you'd expect Rob to win handedly, good fight tho. I would also like to see Pereira's land his left hook on Vettori's chin, just to see what happens.

People forget that Izzy dropped Alex in that fight the round before he got knocked out. In the ufc he would have finished Alex right there, but in kickboxing you give them a chance to get up and recover. It’s gonna be a hell of a fight for sure

Something that's not being discussed is that Izzy was extremely offensive in that 2nd fight he had against Pereira. In which his offensive way of fighting left him open to be caught by Pereira's power. But yet Izzy will never lose again by being blinded by his own offense. But also keep in mind Izzy also hurt Pereira in that same fight which means Izzy has the power to hurt him as well.

totally agree. Adesanya may try to wear Pereira out because his cardio is crazy. Pereira once almost submitted this fighter on his first or second mma match, but on a 5 round he must finish or revert to a ground and pound. failure will cost a lot of energy
