Monkey is a name used for groups and can include apes (Homminoids). Monkeys who live in trees are called Arboreal and baboons are groups who live on the ground. They are active during the day (diurrel).

Here is my paraphrased text: Monkeys are primates which is a type of mammal. They are usually tree dwellers although some live on the ground such as Baboons. The majority of monkeys are diurnal ( active during the day) however not all monkeys are diurnal such as night monkeys and the Aye Aye. Most monkeys are considered to be intelligent due to the fact they have on many occasions been spotted using tools.
