Although I'm 5 months too late, where I live is always summer and wear shorts like 90% of the time. I like shorts about 8" inseam, not too high above the knee. Because I have thin legs and need slim tapered shorts which might be hard to find sometimes, I buy slim fit pants and have a tailor trim to shorts length. Also like your blue shirt with white stripes.
