Similar to what the other guy said, cake used to be a decoration thing, because people would have it so infrequently, they'd invite their friends over and have a cake as decoration, to make themselves look good and wealthy. Don't know if you want to try it out, but pretty much ran into this and was real nasty. Teemo was being shutdown pretty good, but came back going max cool down. They had 2-3 sec blind cd, so teemo could permanently blind people. Could probably do ad, but this was ap with torment
