In this livestream (Friday, August 30, 2024 at 10 am EST), we will be chatting about some of the frugal living tips that we recently found in a blog. We will be sharing our thoughts on the list, anything that we think should be added, just don't apply to us, or that we just wouldn't do ourselves.

This is Part 4 of this series. Will we finish it this time? lol

We hope to see you all then and we look forward to hearing your thoughts in the chat or in the comment section as well.

Great tips friends 👍! Having a meatless meal in my household would be very difficult in my household, as the hubby is definitely a meat and potato type of guy also; but we occasionally have a meatless meal here and there. I like Secret Santa idea / being assigned one specific person to buy gifts for 💚❤. Helpful video and sharing, TFS 🙂

I have been enjoying this series! I do kid meals at times or meals without drinks, save leftovers if it’s a big meal, or if it’s a very large meal my husband split a meal when eating out.

I strongly caution people concerning eating meatless or a vegan diet long term. I have been a Wellness Coach & Personal Trainer for years. There are certain nutrients and amino acids that are not found in plant based foods. I went Vegan years ago, short-term, and it caused my IBS and other issues to worsen. Plus it takes more carbs to feel fuller.

I'm not sure what happened. I got the live notification late. It looked like it was at the end.
