What made you change from the aluminum wheel adapter you used to use, to the newer 3D printed one? Too much stress on the shaft? Too heavy?

Just curious if you’ve ever had the issue where you have everything imputed correctly but nothing will show on your device? I had this once setup about a year ago. My pedals broke. I finally got new ones. Tried loading up the app and I can’t get anything to connect to it. I don’t understand lol
