Oh my gosh!! You're our English God 🙏 keep up the good work!!! I have been learning more from you in the meantime, i prefer reading a lot of books to being outdoorsy.

Dear Andrew, Thank you for distinguishing between meanwhile and meantime ! Here is my exercise:
1- Tomorrow we will go camping. Group 1 prepares camping equipment in the meantime Group 2 will buy food and drinks.
2- I was stuck in the traffic jam meanwhile my family members had a party.

Can i say: Meanwhile, i was at work
my friends were playing cards.or i should say i was at work. Meanwhile, my friends were playing cards
Sir, last month, i began learning English vocabulary with a new strategy which is i everyday learn one new word ( the word of the day ) which exists in merriam- webester dictionary besides some new words in the same page and write them down. But sometimes, it seems that i rarely come across this word in an article or conversation .
The question is: what vocabulary should i learn ? I need your advice.

There’s something I confused and that is the difference between exchange and interchange.

I’ve written a sentence somewhere important which I’m worried about.
I wrote the phrase in the meantime in my sentence with space eg: (in the mean time ) is it a big fail and mistake to write meantime with space ?
Thanks

Hi sir, i have problems with some structures, for example why do we say: 2 tons expected to arrive today.
Can we say 2 tons are expected to arrive today. What is the difference? and why don't we use the verb to be in the first sentence.
Is ( expected ) a verb here or an adjective
Is it a passive voice case ?
