Suzanne Spooner is a world-renowned explorer of human consciousness using the modalities of hypnosis, meditation, and channeling. Her empowering work in the field of hypnosis began in 2012, learning from the late Dolores Cannon. Suzanne has mastered Dolores’ hypnosis technique called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.

She has directly assisted Dolores in classes and taught with her daughter, Julia Cannon. Suzanne is the Director of the Global Official QHHT Forum of Practitioners and maintains a busy QHHT practice headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa.

Suzanne feels her life work is to assist others to find their own answers and healing from within. She wishes to help guide humanity in having a clear and easy connection to the part of themselves that loves unconditionally and has access to their sovereign self.

Suzanne’s other bodies of work in the field of human consciousness include her teachable method of channeling called The Art of Universal Knowing and the guided meditation called The Universal Mind Project.

Suzanne also guides people on mind-expanding tours through Egypt with her friend, author Sarah Breskman Cosme. Together they share their knowledge of the sacred sites with an emphasis on assisting each person to unlock their own past lives and the collective consciousness of Egypt.

When I was a senior in high school back in the early seventies my girlfriend and I went on a camping trip at lake Elsinore in Ca. There was a guy camping out there who'd been there obviously a long time and was super skinny so we invited him to dinner and as a reward he offered us some what he said was I listen to you in this little dropper bottle of clear liquid. He didn't tell us until after I took twice as much as everyone else that his brother was a chemist at Berkeley. Anyway before long I was absolutely in my own little world but the rocks were talking to each other. They were aware of me but they didn't acknowledge my existence like I think they had some disdain actually. I can't remember what they were saying but I'll go to my grave believing that they actually do communicate with each other. I haven't told many people the story for obvious reasons but after hearing her talk about people incarnating as rocks I just have to share

Another way to look at an imprint is to consider that before you are born, you (your soul or High Self) go to the akashic library, where the records of souls are stored. You find the one that will help you (in whatever way is appropriate for you). You pick that record off the shelf and borrow it, or imprint it, within your future being. That record is then put back into the Akashic Records.

In 2012, I went thru a divorce (32 year marriage), sold our homestead, and began the greatest journey. I went deep, soon found myself in the Amazon learning with Mother Ayahuasca, getting certified in courses from angel work to tapping., and then became a QHHT practitioner. Dolores passed in the time I began, so there was some upheaval within her community, that I felt pushed me to trust my instinct to go where the basic work took me. Within a month my sessions were all profound, and each came to teach me as well as the client. (as Suzanne says, all one). Sometimes I was directly addressed and given distinct messages to encourage my own broad questions.
There was a session that a client returned from the session, and had opened to her full channeling, psychic abilities. This changed the next year of our lives, and informed my life and interests in ways I did not see coming did I :) :)

Thank you Alex and Suzanne! Finally a show I can personally relate to. As Hypnotherapist since 1995 and 3 of Dolores's book literally flying off the shelf in a book store in 1996 I had the same response Suzanne had. My first thought was Dolores looks like my Grandmother! 😂 I read those books and had to meet this woman so I stepped out of my box and went to my first UFO Conference to meet her. I spent most of my time sitting with her at her table and she became a dear friend. I had the pleasure of having her in my home for a group regression and asked her why she wasn't teaching her method and at that time she said, no this is my way, but of course a few years later she started teaching it. I was already doing the same work, but took her training as to learn her method.
Now after 27 years its common place and there are many with the same results calling it different things.

After five sessions of regression psychotherapy, I lost all fear of death. But more important, I found I can easily go back and remember more details about these other lives than details in this lifetime such as the humidity, temperature, smells, the emotions, sensation of my skin, color, visual details and minute sounds.
