If you wish to grab all the games, you have no choice but to create a German PlayStation Network account, which can be proven to be somewhat difficult for non-German speakers.

8:05 I'm not german or anything but i think I know why the Nathan Drake collection is not in Germany, you might know this but in both uncharted 1 and 2 it is revealed that the treasure that Nate is going after in those games had also been sought after by nazi's. There are a few cutscenes showing decomposing nazi's, and a surviving nazi may have had a faked accent (i think the actor was American) I guess this could be a reason, I'm not sure if these things are still offensive in Germany but I guess this theory makes the most sense to me.
