People you're AWESOME, I thought that's just another one update but you made me happy with understanding of developers needs. Love it.

So stoked about the MDC rollout, and what it unlocks for the future of Angular Material. 🎉

Some exciting things in Angular 15. I agree on the environments question, this is crucial for automated builds but I also agree with your guys perspective on simplifying things for new Angular devs. The question on accessibility is also interesting... If Angular could have global accessibility variables (like imagine a font-size attribute) that affects divs directly in a more fluid way then passing TS variables to each root div, then that would make Angular stand out way more compared to other frameworks.

About the onPush, could we explain more why don't set it by default?

"The changeDetection runs too much ( instead too expensive )"
Does this exactly why we need set the onPush ?

I still like NgModules some times; will NgModule be supported in future versions of Angular?

Can you expand on why flex-layout is being deprecated? I would prefer not to use Boostrap/Tailwind, and definitely not pure CSS. Can this later be part or Angular
Material?

I think it's fine to remove the environments folder, as long as the fileReplacements strategy is still available

Cannot wait for zone-js become optional. Any hint as to when that will be?

It is wonderful to see the new updates but we are still behind the React ecosystem of frameworks. To those who need SEO friendly apps, Angular still has a long way to go.

Angular keeps rolling out good updates, but I'm afraid I can't say the same for removing the environment files. Those are essential files used by so many people. The extra setup on an essential feature like this is just an extra work for developers. I really hope that environment files would be rolled back to version 14. Thumbs up on the update on stack traces and ♥to the Angular Team.

I still don’t see the benefit of removing environment.ts … So where do you put global config like api url? Before there was a pattern - now everyone does as he pleases?! And having to register everything including file replacements manually really is a big benefit?!

removing imports will be huge, , angular 16?

The only thing that has interested me for years is a clean solution for SSR... I really want to use Angular, but against my will I have to use other frameworks, because SSR in Angular is terribly solved.
