Not sure how i would go about it, but adding some bubbles/soap effects would add just that extra touch to the sink, making it look like someone is in the middle of washing dishes rather then just rinsing them
That being said, it still look really cool

Add some soap suds in the sink, a bottle of detergent, cloth for drying. a dish rack .

Maybe you could add more magnets (stickers) to your refrigerator or you can do the Saugage getting cut up with the knife

- Fill the bag under the table with some shopping stuff.
- If you've got mini animals maybe add some pets, like a cat sleeping on the chair under the table.
- make it look like a knive is spreading nuttella on a toast, maybe add a mini for that, cut it open and fill it with brown resin.
-add lights in the oven and microwave, and maybe the fridge? And if possible some food in those as well.
- soap bubbles in the sink (as suggested by others allready)
- make a frozen moment with some cheese and the cheesegrater

Make a complete magic kitchen (like the Weasley kitchen in Harry Potter)
That's what the pan in the sink immediately reminded me of.
Make everything look like it move's on its own.

Maybe some orange and red resin to look like flames on the pot. Flip the pot over and let the resin drip down.
I remember watching you make the make it mini fishtanks and trying not to make bubbles but maybe you should do them on purpose in a pot. Then have some pasta or eggs or something splashing into a boiling pot of water.

Another idea is maybe something spilling like a coffee mug or soup

I see you have sausages on the cutting board. You could make a cutting scene ^^
Also, the pink trashcan, you could probably try and cut that open and make a "throw some trash in it" scene.
I do see white tea cups in the cabinet. "Poor someone a drink" scene?
Or making a sandwich with sausage, lettuce, and what more!

Maybe whisk up some thick resin. With a coffee frother. This will get the tiny bubbles. And allow you to place globes. Either dried independently and placed. Or carefully placed with a toothpick or sewing needle. The sleeping needle would be best for strins of bubbles. Rin the end through and place lines. And the tip can be used to control bubble placement. Or get rid of any by popping them.
