Astra VXR **what valve float sounds like**

Some drama on the dyno meaning the cylinder head had to be modified after the new turbo was installed

I have replaced so much over the last 2 years (injectors, fuel pump, ignition coil, spark plugs, exhaust system, intake, lots of sensors)and nothing helped..
was already planning to go back to my tuner because of this noise and power problems from 5000rpm you can feel it when it occurs, because then you just have almost no power sometimes and other times it is very minimal as if you are missing 50 hp (exactly that sound, sounds almost like a soft rpm limiter or a fail safe of the ecu).

and if you crank the boost up a bit with the Turbosmart actuator, it just gets worse so this almost 100% definitely explains it now

I had thought about valve fload before but no one believed it could be that, now my last hope is Piper valve springes and new valve seals and tappets

(Opel Astra H OPC Z20LEH stage 3 @ 1.5bar)
