For HDFC ergo car insurance-
I met with an accident and bill of my car repair was about 124000 and insurance company under zero dep insurance settled about 94000. They took exactly 2 months to settle my claim. They rejected claim of compressor saying there's no visible impact on it (there was internal damage and service stations said it is not repairable), rejected windshield saying it seems like it broke under some other incident. I recommend not to go for HDFC ergo. I think works good within a city but out of your city in other cities (within same state) their response is poor and slow.

Never buy insurance from this company don't fall in fake advertisement trap.

I buyed insurance for my car during selling their employee says you can take claim for any side multiple times.

But when I made a claim their surveyor told me that it is old damage however it is fresh damage.
And my car got bill of 35k but they only settled 10k.

Also deduct no claim bonus penalty . And depreciation charges. Even my policy is zero depreciation covered.

Dont go for HDFC ergo. Their service is very poor. Usually they take much time for even small corrections or modifications. Very worst. They neither guide to do the things nor do their from their end.

Earlier I felt HDFC is good one but on the time of settlement i knew about its worst service even their employees also know very well, That's why the employees of HDFC Ergo talk to their customers in rude behaviour . Never ever suggest anyone for HDFC . Worst service
