I'm totally confused. This kind of oil is good for you and
that kind of oil is bad for you. Go to another website and
they tell you the exact opposite. For years they have been
telling us to stay away from lard, it's an artery-clogger.
I recently found a website that said lard is not as bad
as we thought it was. It's much better than trans fat.
I'm totally confused.
