Hello hello! Thank you everyone for tuning into my channel. I had been debating on doing a YouTube channel for quite some time so I finally decided to just do it.

I've been using herbalife products since 2015 but never really got into sharing my journey and recipes. I'm a busy mom of 3 who works full time so my time is limited. Now that I have a remote work schedule I have a lot more time to document this journey and my recipes. I truly believe in these products so I feel like if I share my knowledge, maybe it will help someone else on their wellness journey.
