So I'm from ffxiv and thanks to knowing the CLUSTERFLUCK that is black mage arcane mage in wow made like 80% sense. Small burns, some recovery, and using cds for big damage

I switched to arcane at the start of Dragonflight and it legit felt like this that first run when every encounter just gets nailed perfectly! Most satisfying rotation and it looks so cool!

arcane mage is just the easierst build you will ever play. step 1: change to fire mage.

Playing arcane mage is like gambling...
either you get perma progs or you don't do damage.
for pvp arcane: ah you got locked from arcane school...
"ahh I see great one, I am now unable to cast abilities"

The funny thing is i can do both the arcane mage rotation perfectly, as well as fire.

Ended up as 3300 S3 but man, frost i can't do more than 200k dps with that shit, it's cursed.
