I officially hit a $100,000 net worth 🥹

This is something I’ve been working towards since I was 22 years old, and it hasn’t been a linear journey (especially b/c we quit our jobs and weren’t actively saving money for approx 1.5 years!), but I’m proud of myself.

Here’s how my net worth is broken out -
➡️ Chequing Account = 2.8% ($2,904.45)
➡️ Saving Accounts = 12.8% ($13,406.62)
➡️ Investment Accounts = 84.4% ($88,025.24)

Again, this is just my personal net worth (not including our business bank accounts or Dennis’ numbers).

You should move to the wealthsimple cash for your emergency fund (higher saving rate) and have a second bank account like tangerine for being able to do physical deposits and withdrawals and what ever other banking needs wealthsimple cash doesn't fully provide.

Awesome that you do that yourself, I was a high net worth individual before 18 and alot of it comes from assets not cold liquidity so I would like to see it broken down, love your template. Now imagine the money you would save if your stop getting massages every month and only spend on essentials. You will be millionnaire at 30 and in the world today it will be rare soon especially in our great Canada.
