Getting Robert Englund to voice Scarecrow was a brilliant casting choice.

The Dynamite or Crowbar question Joker asks Red Hood is referencing when Joker killed Red Hood previously. Red Hood is the current identity of the second Robin Jason Todd. Joker kidnapped Jason in the comics and totured him and beat him with a crowbar, and the writers then had viewers submit a poll deciding Jason’s fate. For some reason the readers wanted to kill Jason so Joker blew him up. Comic book shenanigans eventually revived Jason who became Red Hood and began to kill criminals and held a grudge against Batman for not killing Joker after Joker had killed Jason. Jason is truly the most tragic of all the Robins.

8:30 Captain Cold is the man who has mastered Absolute Zero. His gun isn't a freezeray it's a Cold Gun. It freezes targets by cooling their molecules and stopping their movement. He can break the laws of thermodynamics over his knee using the parts you can find in a regular hardware store.

Bit of a shame that at least 1/4 of the characters were added during the voice actor strike. Characters like Sub-Zero, Red Hood, and Bizarro had to deal with the other characters using generic phrases.

Fun Fact: Scarecrow is actually voiced by Robert Englund the same guy who was the actor of Freddy Krueger in most of the A Nightmare On Elm Street films. Safe to say he did a good job with what he was given.
