If you don't push the correct button be prepared to be transferred to the correct line. Plus with that attitude you may be banned from the store. The more polite you are the more they are willing to help you. Also, patients is a plus in all books.

we only have one phone line in. And decline to go orders when busy. Yes the line will be busy at times and people can’t get through, which makes getting a reservation an exclusive commodity. The owner knows, and has created a brand this way.
