On my recent cruise on the Scarlet Lady I samples many of the different food option on board and I was quite blow away. Please enjoy my review of the Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady food. Cruise Food! We enjoyed our first Virgin Voyage a few weeks ago. The food was definitely amazing and the multiple options for how you can choose to dine was perfect for us. It will be difficult to go back to the offerings from other lines. Also AMAZING—-Virgin just gifted us - and other sailers- with a $300 bar tab for our fall booking.

We took this same Cruise on Scarlet Lady just last week and it was amazing!! The food was amazing and if you did not like something there was always something else to eat all the time, It was great that you could order more then 1 entree. The Cabin were so sleek and modern and the staff was wonderful. I was very fortunate to be selected to invited to a private invite that is very discreet and only a few passenger got the invite but it was amazing. So hopefully someone has that same experience.

We did back to back cruises on the Scarlet Lady from 8/5 to 8/15 and watched your videos before we left. Without question the food was a highlight. Everyone has different tastes so opinions are just that. Some of the food has changed since you were there as should be expected. I was not expecting Razzle Dazzle to be as good as it was. I was not as impressed at dinner as I was at breakfast. We ordered the frittata twice and they were completely different. One was light and fluffy which my wife loved. The other well done and firm which I prefer. Both were extremely delicious.

The wake was a disappointment and I love steak. The fish on the other hand was fantastic.

All of the restaurants are top notch. All of the dishes are not but again your taste may be different.

There were only a few dishes at the galley worth getting because most are premade. Things that need to be made to order seemed to be better as long as you season them.

My favorite food was in the dock house and on the dock at the back of the ship. The Tapas were the bomb. I probably had 5 meals of hanger steak, chicken thigh and shrimp skewers.

The one thing I must say is the friendliness, service and caring of the crew in every place we were was amazing. In talking to them they were very happy working there compared to the other cruise lines they worked for.

The other thing about this cruise is that it was relaxing. I normally prefer lots of activities but this was such a fantastic cruise that I enjoyed the relaxing nature of the cruise more than anything.

My favorite bite was the shrimp at the Dock House. My favorite meal was the upcharge meal at Pink Agave the Pescado Zarandeado - Achiote halibut, lobster, grilled prawns and bay scallops!

I've cruised on the Scarlet Lady twice and the food & service are impeccable. I've yet to have a bad meal on this ship.

Wow the presentation of the food on Virgin is really top-notch. To me it reminds me of how Crusing used to serve foods 30 years ago. They had some very nice presentations of their food back in the day of our first cruising. Now it’s kind of all standard looking. But I wouldn’t mind trying anything of what you had there just to see what it taste like. Nice video thank you Tony
